Shipping Rates
We currently offer free tracked shipping on U.S. orders.
If shipping costs apply to your order, they will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Vibeora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
