Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused, and with all original packaging included.

Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery 

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may need to wait until the order arrives and follow our return process if eligible.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
